Our Expertise

Petronet Energy limited (PEL) has successfully carried out Gassing up and cooling down (GUCD) service for 2 LNG vessels in May & August, 2023 from its service unit in Puthuvypeen Special Economic Zone (PSEZ) located in Kochi, Kerala. PEL also offers LNG Storage & Reloading Services, LNG Bunkering services at its Kochi Terminal and distribution of LNG through trucks from Kochi and Dahej terminals.

The parent company of PEL i.e. Petronet LNG Limited (PLL) has already been providing these services from Kochi terminal since 2015. The Dahej terminal has been supplying LNG through trucks for last two decades.

Kochi terminal is a potential refueling point for East and West moving LNG carriers using Indian Ocean as trade route, and also for domestic vessels/carriers.

About Us

Petronet Energy Limited (PEL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Petronet LNG Limited (Ranked 51^st in the prestigious Fortune India 500 list, 2022 rankings) was incorporated on 26^th February 2021 to primarily cater to businesses and to provide ancillary services related to value chain of Liquified Natural Gas (LNG). The Company is having its registered office at New Delhi. The authorized share capital of the Company is Rs. Five Hundred Crores.

PEL is also focusing and exploring business opportunities in marketing and distribution of Green Hydrogen, Compressed Biogas (CBG) and renewable energy sectors.
